Job Title : Telehealth Technology Coordinator

Location : Washington, DC (On-site)

Schedule : Friday–Sunday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (24 hours / week)

Placement Type : Contract (4 months)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Telehealth Technology Coordinator (TTC) to support telehealth and connected care programs within a hospital setting. This role ensures the efficiency, ease of use, and reliability of telehealth services for patients and providers.

The TTC will :

• Deliver telehealth devices to patient rooms and facilitate virtual consultations, family video visits, and remote rounding.
• Support virtual interpreting services and post-discharge remote monitoring.
• Collaborate with Information Services to troubleshoot and maintain telehealth equipment.
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and patient-facing interactions.
• Work closely with hospital leadership and the Telehealth Innovation Center to optimize workflows and enhance patient experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
