A rapidly growing reproductive health organization is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Medical Assistant to join its fertility clinic team. This position offers an exciting, fast-paced environment where compassionate patient care and precision are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume phlebotomy and manage lab specimen processing and transport.
• Maintain clinical supplies and ensure exam rooms remain organized and sterile.
• Document patient care services in daily logs and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Take vital signs and assist physicians and ultrasound technicians with fertility procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-operative education, patient counseling, and instruction per physician orders.
• Support patients and families with empathy, creating a compassionate care environment.
• Work independently to meet program goals while promoting excellence in customer service.
• Provide process improvement feedback to clinic leadership.
