The Role

You’ll be the face of Temp Kings in the field : servicing, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems with confidence and care. We run clean, provide top-tier equipment, and do things the right way — and we expect the same from our senior techs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, ductwork)
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair / replace options
• Follow local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specs
• Use company tools, systems, and processes to document your work
• Support and train junior techs as needed
• Represent the brand with pride and professionalism
