Job Description

As a Security Officer - Access Control Specialist in Troy, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment within a leading food and beverage location. Your responsibilities include monitoring access points, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to assist in preventing unauthorized activities. You will interact with staff and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while upholding our company values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability. This position is ideal for those with at least one year of experience in security-related roles who are eager to make a difference in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
