Title- Project Manager
Duration- 3 month contract, with extensions
Compensation- $62 / hr to $68 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

About the Job :
The Kiosk Technical Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process by ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.
They will work closely with the development team, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution of product priorities.
They will document requirements, influence stakeholders to support key initiatives and projects, lead projects, and coordinate with other teams to deliver against the product roadmap.
This position will report to the Sr. Manager of In-Store Digital Platforms and work with a large cross-functional team across marketing, operations, food innovation, data management, etc.
The Day-to-Day :
- Partner with the Product Manager, engineers, and cross-functional partners to translate product requirements into user stories
- Serve as the Scrum Master and lead the Scrum process, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching the team on agile principles and practices.
- Align with other product teams on product development dependencies - communicate blockers and dependencies to the Kiosk product team
- Assist the product development team in creating and prioritizing a product roadmap & aligning with cross functional teams to execute against the Kiosk product roadmap by defining product and project requirements, and by identifying key milestones, timelines, and phases
- Manage team progress, communicate to stakeholders, and ensure team is hitting commitments
- Help Kiosk product team to troubleshoot issues, recommend actions, and follow up on resolution
- Active involvement and influence in building out agile maturity and capabilities by participating and establishing standard tools and best practices
