Five Star Bath Solutions Northwest is continuing to expand and we're seeking a full time General Manager to lead the day to day operations of our business. Our area spans from I-90 to the Canadian border and is currently one of fastest growing territories in the nation while running profitably. This job will provide the opportunity to help mature our operations and build out a newer territory for a nationally recognized home improvement brand.

While the owner is available to work in the business, we are ideally seeking someone with the capability of autonomously running every aspect of a ~15 person home improvement business that eclipsed $4million in revenue in its first full year. This person will be a key leader and pivotal to our continued success and should have aspirations to continue driving the business to greater heights.

What Were Looking For :

What Youll Do :

Manage and support the sales team to meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.

Oversee all installation activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

Own the P&L and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Ensure world-class customer service from initial consultation to final walkthrough.

Oversee scheduling, logistics, and job timelines.

Hire, train, and develop top-tier talent across all departments.
