Copeland Veterinary Hospital in Cookeville, TN , a proud member of the Innovetive Petcare family, is looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our close-knit team.

Location : 821 E 10th St, Cookeville, TN 38501

Compensation : Starting at $14.00+ / hour (based on experience and skill level)

Schedule : Rotating schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday support as needed.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role :

• Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
• Support the medical team by maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth workflows
• Handle invoicing, payments, and front desk operations with attention to detail
• Provide client education and emotional support during stressful situations
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Work a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support hospital operations
