Facility Customer Service Coordinator

The Facility Customer Service Coordinator Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs.

Location : 4730 New Middle Rd, Jeffersonville, IN 47130

Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm (seasonal not available)

Compensation : $17.39 - $22.55

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and / or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.

• Address customer inquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
• Act as liaison between customer, sales representatives, and store staff
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Assist with moving and loading product
• Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed
