The Sales Coordinator acts as an administrative assistant and supports designated managers or departments in daily administrative duties. The person who will fill this important role will be responsible for interacting with guests, clients and associates to ensure superior guest service and to communicate the goals of the Sales Department. This position is critical to the successful operation of the Sales & Catering department, as well as the hotel, and is a key factor in contributing to a professional environment.
Essential functions include :
Regular attendance and flexible scheduling based on the hotel's needs are required. Previous hotel experience preferred. This position is ideal for an entry level candidate who wants to grow into a Sales Manager position in the hospitality industry.
