Job Description :

The Application Programmer will support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications for the State's technology initiatives. The role involves developing and enhancing .NET Core applications, participating in Agile development cycles, performing QA on new code, and ensuring reliable performance of existing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and support web applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and HTML.
• Design, code, compile, test, debug, and document new and existing applications.
• Provide maintenance and support of existing applications.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing on new code.
• Participate in team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
• Deliver technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel.
• Monitor, review, and audit application performance.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills :

C#

Desirable (Preferred) Skills & Experience :

MVC architecture in .NET Core (2.x, 3.x, or .NET 5+)
