Primary Purpose :
Leverage technical expertise to create and implement strategic sourcing strategies for one or more categories of spend across multiple business units. Drive business value and mitigate risk in procurements through competitive bidding, negotiation of commercial and legal terms, and analysis of data and market trends. Collaborate with suppliers and internal business partners including Legal and business unit leadership to drive efficiencies, reduce risk and manage costs. Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned.
Note : This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This position must sit out of our Philadelphia -PA, Baltimore - MD or Oakbrook Terrace -IL office. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Sourcing activities of one or more categories of technical or complex materials or services. Independent decision making while performing typical job duties. Manage material or service categories within and across business units with consideration of total process life cycle costs, business unit needs, Exelon goals, and risk profiles. Continuous improvement of the Supply organization.
