Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects from inbound leads and personal outreach. Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend personalized coverage solutions. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining strong client relationships. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Allstate insurance products and underwriting requirements. Participate in community networking events and team meetings to build your presence.
Requirements
Ohio Property & Casualty License (preferred) training and licensing support available. 1+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, automotive, financial, or retail). Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads daily. Driven by results and motivated by commission-based earnings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, positive, and coachable attitude.
