About The Position

Job Title : NICU Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12 hours (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 2 years of level III or IV experience as an RN; charge and delivery experience strongly preferred

License : Current RN Licensure

Certifications : BLS (AHA), NRP

Must-Have :

• CA RN Licensure
• 2 years of NICU experience
• Charge experience preferred

Description :

The NICU Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care.

This includes direct patient care, patient and family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting.

The nurse delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area.

A plan of care will be developed, implemented, and coordinated, considering psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

Weekend coverage is required.

Voluntary call may be part of the role.

Epic charting experience is preferred.

Clear background disclosure is necessary before submission.
