About the Role : Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) II

The BHT II provides physical and psychological care for patients under court-ordered evaluation or treatment for mental illness. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients and their families across our inpatient facilities in Maryvale, Phoenix, and Mesa.

Hourly Pay : $17.54 - $25.87

Night shift differential : +18%

Weekend shift differential : +8%

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required; Basic Behavioral Sciences Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health preferred

Experience : 1-2 years behavioral health experience, inpatient experience preferred

Certifications : BLS from American Heart Association required (can be completed during training)

Skills : Must provide care for diverse patient populations, basic computer skills, strong English communication skills

Specialized Training : Must complete Crisis Prevention and Intervention Training upon hire
