Job Description
Run the job site day-to-day : lead crews, foremen, and subs to keep work moving. Back up the Project Manager on schedule, budget, and quality. Solve problems on-site : read drawings, recommend methods, and handle MEP details. Inspect subcontractor work for compliance and quality. Approve trade contractor payments with PM. Keep solid relationships with owners, architects, and partners. Plan site logistics and coordinate with PM. Drive quality control : inspections, testing, and documentation. Track costs, labor hours, and materials. Enforce safety programs and lead by example for an injury-free site. Manage schedules and short-term plans to hit deadlines. Submit daily reports on manpower, progress, and conditions. Run subcontractor meetings and attend project meetings. Train and mentor field teams and junior staff.

The Successful Applicant
5-15 years of relevant K-12 construction experience. Experience as a superintendent on 2+ K-12 and municipal projects. Proven experience managing projects successfully from start to finish. Team leader with effective communication skills.
