We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our organization. Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements :

Construction recruiting experience required

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Strong background in corporate recruiting with an ability to adapt to different hiring needs.

Proficiency in recruitment sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
