Sr. Manager, Software Engineering - Identity and Compliance Management. Based in Mountain View, CA. Hybrid work arrangement (home and office on select days).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Identity Development engineering team with a focus on mentoring and growing top engineering talent.
• Participate in technical and design discussions with technical leads as a hands-on manager.
• Define and drive identity and compliance monitoring roadmaps by collaborating with technical leads from multiple development teams, management, and business partners.
• Create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation, and learning while upholding high software engineering practices.
• Work with senior management to develop a long-term technology strategy.
• Be a role model and professional coach for engineers with a bias for action and craftsmanship.

Benefits and Remarks

The pay range for this role is $181,000 to $297,000. Actual compensation is based on candidate-specific factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
