We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our Efinity Mortgage Glendale team. In this position, you will partner closely with our loan originators, managing loans from initial application through final closing. Your focus will be on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client care throughout every stage of the process.
Success in this role requires a strong combination of customer service expertise and sales support capabilities, as well as the ability to maintain structured, detail-focused workflows. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will help nurture client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our team, coordinating and conducting meetings to address follow-up items and ensure clear communication.
- Collect, prepare, and organize all documentation required for underwriting and verification, including loan files, credit reports, loan packages, and other mortgage application materials.
- Review all loan documentation for accuracy, missing information, and income calculations, and promptly communicate any discrepancies to the loan originator.
- Address customer inquiries and internal questions related to loan transactions, ensuring a smooth process and a high level of service.
- Answer and screen phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.2-3 years of experience as a Loan Officer or Processor is required.Familiarity with standard loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, adjustable and fixed-rate mortgages, and commercial loan options.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to deliver excellent communication and customer support.Proficiency with computers and MS Office; experience with CRM systems, MLS, DU, and other mortgage software is preferred.NMLS licensing or training is not required but is considered a plus.
