Were hiring a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base with professionalism and care. In this role, youll serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping them understand coverage options, manage policies, and navigate their insurance needs with confidence.   • Base salary of $35,000 to $45,000 depending on experience and insurance licensing status

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and coverage explanations
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay up to date on products, services, and agency procedures
  • Offer suggestions for improving client service and office processes

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
