  • Brand Reimagination : Craft and execute a brand identity so distinctive it defines the category. You'll own our value proposition, voice, and visual identity, making it so compelling that Rubrik becomes instantly recognizable in a sea of tech sameness.
  • Market Moments : Orchestrate high-impact brand activations and awareness campaigns that don't just participate in the conversation, they create it. Break Rubrik out of the cybersecurity echo chamber by forging strategic relationships with unexpected influencers and thought leaders. Your campaigns will be the ones industry influencers reference in their keynotes.
  • Digital Content Resonance : Lead the development of thumb-stopping content that decision-makers actually consume and share. Your data-driven approach will ensure every piece serves both thought leadership and concrete business objectives-making Rubrik's voice impossible to ignore.
  • Audacious Growth Marketing : Design campaigns with the perfect balance of creative boldness and data-driven precision that function as sophisticated customer acquisition engines. You'll blend creative boldness with analytical precision to build programs that drive measurable ROI while simultaneously elevating brand perception.
  • Talent Magnetism : Inspire a dream team of creative and content professionals eager to produce work that makes the competition ask, "How did they pull that off? You'll advocate for strategic investments that enable your team to create industry-defining work that delivers remarkable business impact.
  • Audience Intimacy : Develop an almost uncanny understanding of CIOs, CISOs and their teams, not just as professionals but as human beings with specific challenges, aspirations, and content consumption habits. You'll translate these insights into experiences that make technical leaders feel truly understood and supported by the Rubrik brand.

  • Track record of transforming good brands into unforgettable ones with measurable business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate the tech and security ecosystem with credibility while bringing fresh perspective from outside the echo chamber
  • Proven talent for creating moments of brand magnetism that attract both press coverage and customer interest
  • Natural ability to read a room-whether that's a board presentation or a creative brainstorm-and adjust your approach accordingly
  • Instinct for identifying cultural moments where Rubrik can authentically participate and stand out
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience building brands that people actually remember and talk about
  • Bachelor's degree, though we're more impressed by your portfolio than your pedigree

    The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    US Pay Range

    $204,400-$286,400 USD
