ROLE SUMMARY

The Brand Director at ARGO is a dynamic and experienced leader to join our fast-paced team. As a Brand Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading brand teams, and overseeing the successful execution of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising industry, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results for clients.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Partner & Leader Proactive and reactive strategic thought-leadership on the state of their client's business, the creative products, and how to manage staffing and workflow at the agency. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and serving as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic advertising plans that align with their goals and objectives. Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive advertising strategies that encompass various channels and platforms. Oversee the development of creative briefs and ensure alignment with client objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Share insights and best practices with the team to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Highest quality assurance Manage the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with cross-collaborative teams to optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while delivering high-quality work. Provide consistent financial updates to clients and senior leadership.

Player-coach team leadership Lead and mentor a team of brand managers and supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team delivers exceptional service and results for clients.

Agency growth Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts. Collaborate with the business development team to pitch and secure new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

8 or more years of experience in brand role on agency and / or client-side

2 or more years of experience in leading a team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required

Proven ability to lead heavily staffed accounts, as well as maximize productivity of more skeletal teams

Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
