Position : Pediatric Dental Coordinator
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims to maximize office productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and support a team of dental assistants and doctors.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and office policies.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in dental office administration, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of dental billing and insurance processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
