Office Manager - SAP & Operations Specialist

Full-Time | Operations / Administration Department

Dynamic company seeks experienced Office Manager to oversee SAP systems, financial processes, and safety coordination. Perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments managing diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

SAP & Financial Operations

  • Execute SAP activities including expense management and budget preparation
  • Process bills, invoices, and vendor payments accurately
  • Create and manage purchase orders through SAP system
  • Support month-end financial processes and reporting

Administrative Operations

  • Organize company events, conferences, and corporate functions
  • Maintain filing systems and document management protocols
  • Coordinate shipping / receiving operations and inventory management
  • Manage consumables and HSE supplies

    • Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with current health and safety policies
  • Manage monthly North America safety reporting to HSE Director
  • Oversee R&D Center Safety Plus access management
  • Serve as Key User for FisherSolve database

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years office management experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • ERP system experience required (SAP strongly preferred)
  • Strategic planning and project coordination experience
  • Database and inventory management capabilities
