What You'll Do :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual design through hard bid.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely bid preparation.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to determine scope and pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of local subcontractor markets, pricing trends, and material costs.
