Location / Schedule :

This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters with a 4-day hybrid in-office schedule .

Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

You’ll provide Tier 1 support for store technologies while assisting senior engineers with system configuration, updates, and compliance across our retail footprint.

• Assist in improving system uptime, configuration consistency, and automation under the guidance of senior engineers
• Provide Tier 1 support for store technologies, including Windows, Linux, networking, and A / V systems, escalating complex issues as needed
• Support hardware and software rollouts, ensuring successful implementation and functionality in retail environments
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Information Security, DevOps, Infrastructure, and vendor partners to implement secure, scalable solutions
• Use monitoring tools to track performance and report anomalies or improvement opportunities
• Help maintain compliance with PCI, security, and audit standards through patching, logging, and documentation
• Participate in ongoing training, knowledge-sharing, and documentation efforts to strengthen overall team performance

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : $60,000–$70,000 + DOE and Bonus Opportunities

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
