Junior System Engineer

A company is looking for a Junior System Engineer (Ensign).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support on engagement workstreams during client engagements, ensuring adherence to established restoration processes

Attend client-facing collaboration rooms and monitor communications via various platforms

Provide daily updates on client engagement status and document troubleshooting processes for internal use

Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of firewalls, routing and switching, backup solutions, and Hyper-V management

Competent in Active Directory management and configuration

Experience with VMware tasks and basic troubleshooting

Knowledge of EDR / XDR deployment and forensic collections

Entry-level experience in a technical support role
