Works closely and reports to the Marketing Manager to help support franchise store owners and franchise development in the following digitally-focused channels :
Google Ads & PPC
- Proficient in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns manually or through automation tools
- Understands Google Ad KPIs and strategically understands how to improve ads to drive lower CPCs
- Strategically implements remarketing plans through Facebook, Instagram or ads
SEO & Content Development
- Familiar with SEO strategies
- Writes and edits blogs as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Email Marketing
Experienced in email copy creation and deployment of emails in platforms like Constant Contact
Social Media
- Experienced in developing, posting and actively responding to comments online
- Preferably familiar with
Google Analytics
Track, report and provide recommendations based on data and analytics
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS :
- 2+ Years experience in managing Google Ads & PPC campaigns (preferably Google Ads Certified)
- 2+ Years relevant experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Comfortable in leveraging the latest digital marketing tools like WordPress, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.
- Analytical and data-driven, with interest in continually assessing KPIs to drive business performance
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong customer service skillsets
