Program Administrator

A company is looking for a Program Administrator Premium Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

Open and monitor work orders, collaborating with local offices for updates and resolutions

Analyze complex problems and deliver innovative solutions while considering broader implications

Generate and review invoices for services, ensuring timely submission for customer payment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 months relevant experience

Preferred experience in industries such as electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare

Must have or be able to obtain applicable state and / or local required industry licenses
