Job Title : Contract-to-Hire Business to Business Collections Representative
Location : Phoenix, Arizona 85034
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, flexible shifts (5-2, 6-3, 7-4, or 8-5)
Office Hours : 100% in-office during contract period, up to two days remote post-permanent
Start Date : ASAP
Requirements :
- Background check and drug screen required
- Experience with AS400 and Excel preferred
- Construction collections background preferred
Pay : $21-26 / hr. DOE
Job Duties :
- Reconcile accounts and provide documentation to customers
- Resolve disputes and issue lien releases
- Collect open accounts receivable within designated territory
- Monitor account and job balances for accuracy of Preliminary Notices
