R&D Technician

We are seeking a motivated R&D Technician to support our Research & Development team in testing and evaluating new products. This role is critical to ensuring that product innovations meet quality and performance standards through rigorous laboratory testing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to product development in a hands-on lab environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute product testing based on defined R&D test methods.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GDP, and GMP standards following training.
• Collaborate with lab engineers, fellow technicians, and the lab coordinator to support R&D initiatives.
• Participate actively in team-based testing and development activities.
• Assist in maintaining lab documentation and data integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support R&D operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
