Base pay range

$72,800.00 / yr - $83,200.00 / yr

What this job involves :

This role is for a lead HVAC technician who will serve as the team expert in HVAC / R systems, providing technical leadership and guidance to the Mobile Engineering Services team. You'll travel between multiple client facilities, overseeing preventive maintenance programs, responding to emergencies, conducting quality assurance inspections, and ensuring optimal operation of all building mechanical systems while maintaining client satisfaction and safety compliance.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Serve as team expert providing technical guidance and support for all HVAC / R repairs and services
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building automation systems
• Conduct weekly on-site Quality Assurance inspections of maintained facilities and prepare technical evaluation reports
• Respond effectively to emergency service calls and coordinate mobile team resources as needed
• Assist in managing Mobile Engineering Services (MES) team resources and work order priorities
• Maintain liaison with Operations Manager regarding job completion dates, priorities, and critical building issues
• Update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo
• Complete hazard assessments, maintain safety compliance, and attend required training seminars
• Submit daily P-card receipts and prepare monthly / quarterly operations and mechanical reports
