Lakeshore Talent has partnered with a food services company in Denver to fill a part time paralegal role. Open to speaking with out of state for the right person.

Part-Time Paralegal

Contract

Length : 3 months to start, with the possibility of extension or potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

Location : Preference for candidates located in Colorado. Hybrid work environment available.

Schedule : 20 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 25 hours per week.

Pay Rate : $38.00 – $42.00 per hour

Reports To : Corporate Counsel

Position Summary

The Part-Time Paralegal provides key legal and administrative support to the corporate legal team in the areas of real estate, franchising, corporate governance, and general legal operations. This role partners closely with attorneys, senior paralegals, and cross-functional departments to ensure the accurate preparation, review, and management of legal documents and records.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate

• Prepare lease amendments using company standard forms or landlord-provided templates.
• Coordinate document execution and filing for real estate transactions.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of lease agreements and related documentation.
