Description
As Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships-Financial Services you will help manage our third-party vendor financing programs and relationship for the U.S. marketplace. This functional leader will hold the responsibility of the financial services programs management and will be the direct point of contact for our financial services partners. This role will work with all necessary internal stakeholders and outside financial services partners to develop overall strategies, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, integrations, and implementation of financial services training programs. An important aspect of the role will be the understanding of the financial services competitive landscape (consumer and commercial / B2B financing) within and outside of our industry that could be leveraged to grow our business and as such, this role will be required to work closely with these departments within the organization.

Role expectations
Own and manage program growth and performance of all assigned financial services programs : implement a consistent framework of how we manage, measure, and execute the programs, and engage with all business units to optimize performance of the programsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to help promote the program, as well as educate our sales teams and customers in market about features and benefits of the programsGathering and analyzing insights from the market and the business, supporting financing program needsResearching, vetting, negotiating with potential new vendor relationshipsGenerating and analyzing critical company performance and forward-looking growth opportunities, communicating to internal stakeholders, as well as critical trends, risks and opportunities for the businessManage all assigned 3rd party financing vendor relationshipsWhat we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.6+ years in business, relationship management, sales or business development rolesStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to leverage technology to create new processes and drive efficiency gainsProven leadership and vendor management skillsWillingness to travel up to 15%Desired

If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
