Job Description

The Director of Fiscal and Business Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the School's financial operations and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment. This role manages a seasoned financial team that executes core functions such as payroll, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management for the School's administrative departments, with combined operations of approximately $48M. The Director serves as a subject matter expert on financial systems, assessing the impact of new implementations on the Business Administrator community, and providing training and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 710 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, business operations, or administrative leadership.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing budgeting, procurement, payroll, and financial reporting in a complex organization.
• Experience managing or advising teams responsible for multiple administrative or academic units preferred.
