Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the construction industry to find a Sr Payroll Administrator.
This is a full time, permanent position in DTC. It is 4 days per week in office, and is paying $80-100k + bonus. Additional information and job requirements are below.

Responsibilities :
- Processing payroll for a significant number of employees on a weekly and bi-weekly basis
- Utilizing 10-key methods for data entry and other tasks
- Handling payroll duties related to Davis Bacon jobs and union employees
- Reporting on unemployment and new hires to the state as required
- Conducting verification of employment for various purposes
- Managing payroll tasks related to garnishments, in-house processes, manual methods, and union-related matters
- Overseeing payroll for over 500 employees and processing bi-weekly payroll
- Reconciling payroll records and using Viewpoint Vista software as needed
- Complying with the Davis Bacon Act of 1931 and managing prevailing wage issues
- Administering benefits as part of the payroll process.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Possession of a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is required.
- Experience with Full Cycle Payroll is necessary.
- Must have proficiency in handling Payroll - Garnishments.
- Experience with Payroll - In-House is required.
- Must have experience with Payroll - Manual.
- Familiarity with Payroll - Union is necessary.
- Experience managing Payroll for over 500 Employees is a must.
- Ability to Process Bi-weekly Payroll is required.
- Should be capable of Reconciling Payroll.
- Knowledge of the Viewpoint Vista system is required.
- Familiarity with the Davis Bacon Act of 1931 is necessary.
- Understanding of Prevailing Wage is required.
- Experience with Benefits Administration is a must.
