The Creative Lead is responsible for understanding and executing the brand voice. This individual will work closely with digital marketing, internal communications and sales support.
They will be on the front lines of executing long-term and day-to-day communication strategies and creative development.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Ability to recognize and execute Container voice proven writing skills.
- Use storytelling to develop consistent creative assets across the organization (interna / external) - emails, sales support materials, website, blogs, presentations, posts, articles, digital ads, social, etc.
- Serve as point for creative development, including graphics and video production, both for ads and for short-form digital content.
- Assist department manager with brand initiatives.
- Collect customer testimonials, vendor facts, and industry data that will be used for customer-facing communication.
- Produce, top-quality and high-converting blogs, newsletters, website copy, etc. at a fast-paced cadence.
Basic Qualifications :
- Proven copywriting abilities.
- Experience in professional-quality video editing.
- Experience in graphic design experience.
- An understanding of video formats and image specs, and the ability to communicate on the topic to varied groups.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and collectively in situations with multiple or competing deadlines, and the ability to prioritize requirements and make informed tradeoffs.
- Previous experience working on digital platforms and publishing Adobe, Canva, HubSpot, Meta.
