As one of the earliest engineers on the team, youll help define both the culture and the technical direction of the company. What Youll Do

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to influence product vision, strategy, and execution from day one.
• Architect and develop new features and systems, bringing ideas to life with speed and precision.
• Operate with significant autonomy to identify problems, propose solutions, and deliver results in rapid cycles.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, offering creative input and pragmatic engineering insight.
• Work hand-in-hand with end usersparticularly in the healthcare and technology sectorsto craft solutions that meet real-world needs.
• Build secure, scalable systems that meet compliance requirements such as HIPAA and other data protection standards.
• Champion innovation and iteration, balancing quality with the agility needed to bring products to market quickly.
