About The Position

Brockton Neighborhood Health Center -

  • Full Time
  • Friday 8 am - 5 pm; 1 Night 11 : 30 am - 8 am; Saturdays Rotated 1 : 8 9 am - 3 pm

Compensation : - $225,000 - $260,000 based on experience

  • Searching for candidates to start in Spring 2026
  • Assess, plan, document, and evaluate patient needs and treatment
  • Refers patients, as appropriate, to specialists and other practitioners and facilities
  • Monday through Friday role with one evening shift per week
  • Saturday shifts available for additional income
