Brockton Neighborhood Health Center -

  • Full Time
  • - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; 1 Night 11:30 am - 8 am; Saturdays Rotated 1:8 9 am - 3 pm
  • Employed

  • Compensation: - $225,000 - $260,000 based on experience - Sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance available

DETAILS: - Searching for candidates to start in Spring 2026 - Assess, plan, document, and evaluate patient needs and treatment - Refers patients, as appropriate, to specialists and other practitioners and facilities - Monday through Friday role with one evening shift per week - Saturday shifts available for additional income - EMR = Epic
