A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Account Executives) to lead and coach a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and coach Account Executives to drive revenue and performance

Manage team accountability and participate in client meetings to develop account strategies

Forecast pipeline and achieve quarterly objectives through cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

8+ years of total sales experience

4+ years of SaaS selling experience as an individual contributor

4+ years of people management experience

Fluency in various qualification frameworks and sales methodologies

Aptitude in managing sales cycles with regulation and compliance needs
