Job Summary :

As the Department Lead for Curbside Pickup at Meijer, you will oversee the daily operations of the curbside service area, ensuring that online orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of associates, maintain operational standards, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless pickup experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate the curbside team to meet productivity and service goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate order picking, staging, and delivery to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to appropriate departments.
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Communicate regularly with store leadership to align on priorities and performance.

This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.

$17.50 - $19.00
