Credit Associate

Location : Medley, FL 33178 Pay : $18.00 $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role : We are hiring an experienced Credit Associate to join our finance team in Medley, FL! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and brings prior experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.

You'll play a key role in managing customer credit, reviewing account status, and supporting our Credit Manager to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.

What You'll Do :

• Review and manage customer credit holds and payment activity
• Communicate with internal teams (MAs / Marketing Associates) about account updates
• Handle escalated collection accounts and make recommendations for bad debt management
• Set up and evaluate customer credit applications
• Perform regular audits of customer files for compliance
• Support the Credit Manager and the Finance Department to meet company goals
