Sweathouz is hiring a Social Media Specialist to lead day-to-day content and strategy across Instagram and Meta platforms. This role will take creative ownership of our social presence including building content that highlights the Sweathouz member experience, grows our audience, and drives community engagement.
This is a content-forward role that blends visual storytelling, trend spotting, community interaction, and performance tracking. If you live on Reels, understand what drives engagement, and are confident creating original content from concept to post; we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Own daily content execution across Instagram and Facebook
- Create and publish a minimum of 3 Stories per day and 3+ feed posts per week
- Produce Reels and content that support brand campaigns and member acquisition
- Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in brand voice
- Engage proactively with community, followers, and UGC
- Plan and coordinate studio-based content shoots
- Track platform performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions)
- Report on trends, test new formats, and recommend creative direction
- Support franchise and field teams with localized content and brand assets
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of experience managing social media for lifestyle, wellness, or fitness brandsPortfolio of original content (Reels, Stories, short-form video, etc.)Deep knowledge of Instagram features, trends, and content formatsStrong visual storytelling and copywriting skillsExperience using social media tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout SocialAbility to work on-site and coordinate in-studio content creationCompensation details : 56000-80000 Yearly Salary
