Site Executive

Eaton's Electrical Commercial Products and Assemblies division (CPA) is currently seeking a site executive to lead our Cleveland, TN manufacturing site. CPA is part of our larger Assemblies & Residential Solutions Group (ARS) which exceeds 12k employees across 25 global sites.

Our Cleveland, TN site has over 400 employees across 3 shifts. The site manufactures electrical switches (Made-to-Order and Engineered-To-Order) for industrial applications. Operations include Fabrication (Press / Stamping / Punch), Paint / Coating, Manual Assembly. Cleveland, TN is conveniently located near Chattanooga, TN area. Relocation assistance is available.

Eaton Plant Managers are responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership. They drive profit and loss, growth strategy and organizational direction to meet and exceed short and long-term business goals. Our leaders will foster an environment of engagement and inclusion for all employees and act with advocacy, empathy, and accountability.

In This Role You Will :

• Manage both operational leadership team and functional staff including Quality, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering and Maintenance
• Act with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive Key Performance Indicators and accountability
• Emphasize utilization of continuous improvement Lean / Six Sigma manufacturing tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S+) to lead cost improvement analysis and implement actionable, measurable plans
• Champion a workplace focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zero-incident safety culture
• Foster a Quality culture of early detection and escalations across the site to reduce cost, drive efficiency and ensure compliance
• Partner with Human Resources to drive talent management, learning, communication, and development strategies to ensure employee engagement through positive employee relations

The expected annual salary range for this role is $162749.97 - $238699.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
