Reporting Specialist - CTC
About This Job
The Support Specialist role is to provide loan collateral monitoring, loan and deposit portfolio reporting, sales and marketing support, and execution of portfolio review initiatives for new acquisition, cross-sell, profitability and retention of accounts / clients.
Essential Functions
Facilitate and maintain various reporting tools to assist in loan collateral monitoring
Create and maintain various reports from different data systems (ie. business objects, insight analytics, Quest )
Assist Management of private banking credit in monthly and quarterly loan portfolio reporting
Provide reporting to private banking management
Maintain database of internal products and competitive offerings for reference material for private bankers (ie Private Banking SharePoint Site)
Perform bulk Private Banker client portfolio reassignments
Work on various projects with other departments as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Education & Experience
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ year data management, analysis and / or mining experience preferred

This compensation range is for the Reporting Specialist - CTC job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled.
At Commerce, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation.
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $22.60 to $26.70 per hour. The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for the following employment benefits : employer sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and paid personal time.
