Job descriptionOversee all low-voltage project activities to ensure quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Manage multiple projects simultaneously — including site supervision, QA, and compliance / customer contracts. Lead, train, and support field staff while assisting with hiring to maintain the right skill and volume levels. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the point of contact for escalated issues. Ensure proper materials management and maintain daily project updates in tracking systems. Participate in project meetings, pre-bid, and post-bid activities. Conduct technical training for low-voltage technicians and team leads. Enforce company, HR, and safety policies and ensure completion of all project documentation. 5+ years of experience managing low-voltage or structured cabling technicians. Strong Hyperscale data center or mission-critical project experience. Deep knowledge of low-voltage systems, tools, and installation practices — with the ability to lead technical training. Proven ability to manage project timelines, staffing, scheduling, and documentation. Ability to read and interpret project documents (SOWs, BOMs, blueprints, schedules). Valid driver’s license and required industry certifications. Willingness to travel for project oversight and on-site supervision. Mission Critical / Data Center Environments

We are seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead and oversee all aspects of low-voltage projects. This role ensures technical excellence, quality, safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects. You’ll provide on-site supervision, mentor technical staff, and uphold project standards from planning to closeout.
