Responsibilities may include but are not limited to carpet cleaning, preparing floors for cleaning, buffing, or refinishing, operating floor care equipment, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, notifying building management of repairs, mixing and disposing of cleaning solutions properly, and multi-surface / window cleaning.

Qualifications include effective oral communication, experience in cleaning / restoration preferred, high school diploma / GED, IICRC certifications preferred, ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary, ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Physical and work environment requirements include the ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, exposure to chemicals, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights, and ability to work in tight spaces.

This is a full-time position. Evening shift : 5p-1 : 30a Monday-Friday (no overtime).

Compensation : $14.00 per hour.
