Job Description & Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid, current State Physical Therapy license.
  • BLS Certification prior to first shift.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Previous LTACH (Long-Term Acute Care Hospital) experience.
