Job description

We are looking for a licensed Medical Doctor in California to join our team as a consultant, focusing on care coordination and the approval of care plans. The ideal candidate will have completed cultural competency training and be available for weekly consultations.

Responsibilities:

Provide consulting services to streamline patient care and ensure effective and culturally appropriate care plans.
Review and approve care plans to ensure they meet medical standards and are tailored to each patient's needs.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
Conduct weekly consultations to provide guidance and support to healthcare providers.
Stay up-to-date on best practices in patient care and healthcare coordination.

Requirements:

Medical Doctor licensed in California.
Completion of cultural competency training.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Passion for improving patient outcomes through collaborative care.
