With over $5 million in projected storm-related sales already in the pipeline, we're looking for driven individuals ready to take full advantage of this moment. Thanks to recent storm activity, the demand for roof and exterior restoration work is sky-highand we need a core team to lead the charge. This is more than a sales job. What You'll Get:

• Sign-On Bonus Up to $10,000 paid over 10 weeks (training pay included)

As a Outside Sales Representative, you'll:

• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage (we'll train you!)
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and referrals
• Manage your projects from inspection to completion
• Represent TECs values of integrity, quality, and excellence in every interaction

What We're Looking For:

• A motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
• Willingness to learnno prior industry experience required. We provide comprehensive training!
• Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (we'll train you on everything you need to know).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility for incentives requires 2+ years at your current job and $70K+ annual earnings.

$70,000 - $175,000 a year

*This is a 100% commission-based role. Earnings are performance-driven, with top performers exceeding the upper end of the range. The salary range provided reflects potential earnings based on individual sales success.
