Job description
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join their Pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and track pharmacy prior authorization requests using relevant tools
Prepare and distribute prior authorization requests for review and respond to additional information requests
Collect medical information and document communication and decision-making in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
1+ years of work experience in a pharmacy-related field
Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT)
Experience with customer service and phone etiquette
